What led SIEMENS to use SurveyCake, and how has SurveyCake ENTERPRISE helped?

Q: What was your original survey method?

For both internal and external survey needs, we previously used paper surveys or general online forms. On the external side, SIEMENS used surveys for event-related purposes such as event registration, speaker-attendee interaction during events, post-event satisfaction surveys, and long-term customer satisfaction feedback collection. Internal applications focused on business operations surveys and performance tracking.

Q: Why did you choose SurveyCake ENTERPRISE?

We had used many different online survey tools, each with its own strengths and weaknesses.

After trialing SurveyCake Enterprise, we found that its survey feedback and additional dashboard features, such as radar charts and Cross Tabulation, let a using unit see all the information from survey data in real time within one complete, versatile dashboard. By exposing event information on social media and other digital platforms, sharing registration links, or distributing information via QR code, customers can register for an event directly by tapping on their phone.

Q: What survey scenarios do you use it for?

In terms of use cases, we mainly apply it externally to event registration and satisfaction surveys, and internally for business unit operations surveys and performance analysis. We also use SurveyCake for opinion surveys around event ideation and marketing planning across different departments, and even for things like uniform style and size counts and collecting feedback on employee reward activities.

Q: What is the most practical feature?

The survey features overall are very complete, with a wide variety of styles, and the dashboard structure is fairly intuitive, so it doesn't take much time to get familiar with it. Most importantly, the statistical charts and detail exports make it easy and fast to run Cross Tabulation and comparisons, helping us grasp data insights quickly.

Q: What question types and features do you like most?

Sub-surveys and radar charts have been very helpful, and are a real strength and highlight of SurveyCake. In addition, SurveyCake ENTERPRISE is a Taiwan-based vendor, so there's no time zone gap when working with support, who help us resolve issues with using the surveys.
