Once the trial ends, you will be charged $37 per month to continue enjoying the PRO plan’s premium features. If you find it does not meet your needs, you can easily cancel your subscription

‍PRO / TEAM Plan accepts credit cards or debit cards, supporting Visa, Master, and JCB. UnionPay, American Express, and bank transfers are not currently supported.

Do you issue invoices?

When you subscribe to the SurveyCake PRO / TEAM plan, SurveyCake will issue an invoice based on the latest billing information you provide. After subscribing, you can modify invoice and payment information anytime in "Account Settings" and view electronic invoices on the ezPay platform (Taiwan only).

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Just make the changes in "Account Settings" before the next billing date!

How to unsubscribe from the PRO / TEAM plan? Will my surveys be affected after unsubscribing?

If SurveyCake does not meet your needs, you can unsubscribe at any time. What’s even better is that despite unsubscribing, your surveys can still be distributed and filled out as usual, and you can keep using most of the features! However, you won’t be able to view the responses collected through the paid features. You will not be able to edit any paid features you enabled before, and they will be disabled after unsubscribing. How to request a refund for the PRO / TEAM plan?

Generally, we do not offer refunds, but we understand that unexpected situations can arise, so we accept refund requests within seven days of the charge, so you can subscribe with peace of mind. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy

The survey data collected through SurveyCake is stored on the servers of AWS, a leading IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) provider, using public cloud infrastructure. AWS also holds security certifications compliant with ISO/IEC 27001:2013, 27017:2015, 27018:2019, and ISO/IEC 9001:2015, so you can use SurveyCake with confidence.
