Cancel Subscription

After subscribing to the SurveyCake paid plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Please follow these steps:

1. Log in to SurveyCake
2. Click on the menu in the top right corner to enter Subscription Plan

1. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button in the "Current Plan" section

1. Complete the cancellation survey, and make sure to select and submit "Cancel Subscription" on the final question.

1. Finally, check the email associated with your SurveyCake account to confirm you've received a cancellation confirmation email from [email protected]. Only when you receive this email does it mean the cancellation is successful.

After canceling the subscription, the Subscription Plan will also display the expiration date of the paid plan. The cancellation confirmation email will clearly record the final expiration date of the paid plan.

Will my surveys be affected after canceling the subscription?

After canceling the subscription, you can still distribute and fill out as usual, and most features will continue to be usable. However, you will not be able to view response data collected through paid features. The paid features you previously used cannot be edited after canceling your subscription (e.g. Skip Logic, Conditional Branching, etc.), and some features will become invalid.

Common paid plan features that will become invalid include:

• File Upload (please edit the survey to remove such questions to ensure that the survey can continue to be filled out and submitted)
• GA and Facebook Pixel Tracking Code
• Custom Thank-you Page (the feature will become disabled and respondents will go to the default SurveyCake Thank You Page)
• Data Report in SPSS format

Please note: It is recommended that you disable paid features that will be affected before canceling your subscription. If you need to view, modify, or remove data collected through paid features, you can simply resubscribe to the paid plan!
