To deliver a smarter survey building and analysis experience, SurveyCake has introduced the AI Credit system. Whether you are on a BASIC, PRO, or TEAM plan, the system automatically allocates corresponding credits based on your subscription cycle, granting you full access to multiple AI-powered features. You can check your remaining AI credits at any time via Account Settings or the feature pop-ups to ensure a smooth workflow.
How to Check My AI Credits?
Log in to SurveyCake, click on your avatar in the top right corner, and select "Subscription Plan".
On this page, you can view your real-time AI Credits usage, total allowance, and the next renewal/reset date.
Feature Usage and Consumption Rules
1. AI Credit Consumption Standards
AI Survey Import: Consumes 20 credits per import execution.
AI Survey generation: Consumes 20 credits per generation execution.
Response Quality Check: Consumes 1 credit per response checked.
2. Allocation Specifications by Plan
The credits you receive monthly or annually vary depending on your subscription plan:
BASIC Plan:
Allocation Allowance: 50 credits allocated monthly.
PRO Plan:
Trial Period: 125 / 250 credits provided as a trial experience (allocated on the first day of the trial).
Monthly Subscribers: 125 credits allocated monthly.
Annual Subscribers: 250 credits allocated monthly.
TEAM Plan:
Monthly Subscribers: 2200 credits allocated monthly.
Annual Subscribers: 4700 credits allocated monthly.
ENT (Enterprise) Plan:
Allocation Allowance: Customized allocation based on the contract agreement. Please note this feature will officially launch in the second half of 2026.
Credit Allocation and Validity
Allocation Timing
BASIC plan: Allocated on the first day of each month.
PRO / TEAM monthly plan: Allocated on the monthly renewal billing date.
PRO / TEAM annual plan: Allocated once every month, starting from the subscription start date.
For example:
If you subscribe to the PRO annual plan on June 15, points will be allocated on the 15th of each month.
If you subscribe to the TEAM annual plan on June 1, points will be allocated on the 1st of each month.
Validity Policy: Credits are typically valid until the next scheduled allocation date; unused credits will not roll over to the next cycle (ENT plans follow the contract year cycle).
Note: Once you reach your usage limit, AI-related features will be temporarily unavailable. You can restore access by upgrading your plan or waiting for the next subscription cycle to reset.
