• Coupons: Can be exchanged for free N-day plans, such as 14 days of PRO or 7 days of TEAM plan.
• Promo codes: Allow subscription to plans at discounted prices, such as 10% off for first-time subscribers.

This article will introduce you to the usage and important notes of "Coupon Codes".

How to Use

1. Log in to SurveyCake.
2. Click the menu in the upper right corner to enter “Promotion management".

1. Click the “Coupon” button and enter the code in the text field (please note that the code is case-sensitive).

After entering the code, click the “Redeem now” button to complete the process.

After the screen shows successful redemption, you can go to the My orders page to check the details of this coupon code.

Usage Rules

1. Using Coupon Codes During Active Subscription

1. When the coupon code matches your current subscription plan

If your current subscription plan is the same as the applied coupon code, your plan validity period will be automatically extended.

Example: If you are a Pro plan member and apply a "Pro coupon code", your Pro plan membership validity period will be automatically extended.

1. When the coupon code differs from your current subscription plan

If your current subscription plan is different from the applied coupon code, the redeemed plan will take effect after your subscription ends.

Example: If you are a Pro plan member and apply a "Team coupon code", assuming you subscribed to the Pro annual plan on January 1st and redeemed a Team 7-day coupon code on May 28th, the Team plan will not take effect immediately, but will become active on January 1st of the following year when your annual plan expires and is not renewed.

2. Using Multiple Coupon Codes Without Active Subscription

If you currently have no paid subscription, multiple coupon codes cannot be stacked, regardless of whether they are for the same or different plans.

When you enter multiple coupon codes, only the last coupon code will be effective, and previously entered coupon codes will become invalid.

Example:

After redeeming a "Pro 14-day" coupon code on January 1st, if you enter a "Team 7-day" coupon code on January 10th, the Team plan will take effect from January 10th, and the remaining 4 days of the Pro plan will become invalid and cannot be retained.

Therefore, we recommend waiting until the original coupon code expires before redeeming a new coupon code to avoid invalidating the original coupon code.

3. Impact of Subscribing During Coupon Code Validity Period

If you originally had no subscription and used a coupon code, then subscribed to any paid plan during the coupon code validity period (regardless of whether it's the same plan as the coupon code), the coupon code will immediately become invalid.

Therefore, we recommend waiting until the coupon code expires before subscribing to a plan.

If you encounter issues when redeeming a promotion, please refer to the following common problems:

• Ensure you've entered the code correctly. Do not use spaces or hyphens.
• Make sure the code hasn't expired.
• Confirm that the code was issued by SurveyCake.
• Your account may not be eligible for this promotion.
• Some codes can only be redeemed once. You can check if you've already redeemed a code in your account under "Receipt Management".
• Some codes have a redemption limit, and that limit may have been reached.
