Thank you for your continued support of SurveyCake! To keep providing more stable, innovative, and efficient services, we will be adjusting our subscription plan pricing starting August 15, 2026.

Going forward, we will continue to introduce intelligent analytics tools and AI technology to strengthen the platform's core features, helping you design surveys more efficiently and gain deeper insights from your data.

Looking back at 2025 through the first half of 2026, SurveyCake has reached several important product milestones:

• Support for AI Survey Generator and AI Survey Import: helping you turn a description of your needs or an existing document into a professional survey more quickly
• Added Nested Dropdown questions and an Advanced Logic module: making survey design more flexible to meet more complex survey structure needs
• Added the Net Promoter Score (NPS) question type: helping you more precisely measure customers' willingness to recommend your product or service
• Response Quality Check and question drop-off rate analysis: helping you identify low-quality responses and gain insight into survey performance, improving data reliability and analytical value
• SAV file export: supporting export formats compatible with common statistical analysis software, making downstream data processing easier
• Customizable response notification emails: allowing you to customize the content of notification emails sent to respondents, reinforcing brand consistency and communication
• Survey-building workflow improvements: added a Change Question Type feature, letting you fix a question in seconds without deleting or rebuilding it; an Auto-save mechanism that continuously saves your progress while building a survey, so you don't need to worry about losing content due to a network interruption or accidentally closing the page; and refined settings and steps in the survey editor for a smoother, more intuitive building experience
• Survey overview interface improvements: a fully redesigned survey overview page for more intuitive navigation
• We have also continued to strengthen system performance, ensuring a more stable and reliable experience when creating surveys, collecting responses, and retrieving data

Looking ahead, we plan to introduce more intelligent analytics tools and AI technology, and continue strengthening the platform's core features to bring you a smarter, more precise survey experience.

To continue providing a stable, efficient, and convenient service, we will be adjusting our pricing on August 15, 2026.

Details of this pricing adjustment are as follows:

• PRO Plan
• Monthly plan: adjusted from NT$990/month to NT$1,099/month
• Annual plan: adjusted from NT$9,000/year to NT$9,588/year (averaging NT$799/month)
• TEAM Plan
• Monthly plan: adjusted from NT$3,000/month to NT$3,399/month
• Annual plan: adjusted from NT$25,800/year to NT$28,788/year (averaging NT$2,399/month, or NT$800 per person per month)

Important notes:

New subscribers after August 15, 2026 will be charged the new pricing directly. For existing subscribers, the price adjustment will take effect starting from your next billing cycle.

FAQ

• When will SurveyCake start charging me the new price?

The new pricing will take effect on August 15, 2026. New subscribers will be charged the new pricing directly, while existing subscribers will be charged the new pricing starting from their next billing cycle.

For example:

If you were charged NT$990 for the PRO monthly plan on August 1, 2026, your next monthly charge will occur on September 1, 2026, at the new rate of NT$1,099.

• If I switch to the PRO / TEAM annual plan before August 15, which price will apply?

The applicable price and effective date depend on your specific plan change:

• PRO monthly → TEAM annual, or TEAM monthly → TEAM annual: The upgrade takes effect immediately, with the price difference charged at the time of the switch. As long as you complete the upgrade before August 15, 2026, you will be charged the current price.
• PRO monthly → PRO annual: The new plan will begin after your current monthly billing cycle ends. If your current monthly plan's expiration date falls on or after August 15, 2026, the adjusted new pricing will apply.
• I'd like to switch from the PRO monthly plan to the PRO annual plan — how do I do that?

Go to the Subscription Plan page, and in the "Current Plan" section, click "Change Plan."

On the plan selection page, toggle the switch at the top right to "Annual," click "Select Plan," and complete your card details to finish the switch.

Effective date and billing details:

Your PRO annual plan's billing cycle will begin right after your current PRO monthly cycle ends, and the new plan will take effect at the time of billing.

For example:

If your monthly plan is valid through November 30, 2026, your annual plan will begin on November 30, 2026, and billing will occur automatically from that date. Since the actual billing date may vary by about a day, we recommend checking the "Current Plan" section on your Account Settings page to confirm.

• If I subscribe before the price adjustment, how will I be billed once my trial ends?

If your trial period ends on or after August 15, 2026, the new pricing will apply directly. Please note: the effective date is based on your actual billing date, not your subscription date.

For example:

If you have never subscribed to PRO before and start a PRO monthly subscription on August 3, 2026, once your 14-day trial ends, you will be billed starting August 17, 2026, at the new rate of $1,099/month.

• How can I check my current plan and pricing?

Log in to SurveyCake, click the avatar icon in the top right corner to go to the Subscription Plan page, where you can view your current plan and next billing date in the "Current Plan" section.

• I'd like to switch from the PRO plan to the TEAM plan — how do I do that?

Go to the Subscription Plan page, and in the "Current Plan" section, click "Change Plan."

On the plan selection page, select either the annual or monthly TEAM plan based on your needs, click "Select Plan," and complete your card details to finish the switch.

Effective date and billing details:

Upgrading from the PRO plan to the TEAM plan will be charged as a prorated price difference at the time of your subscription, and the new plan takes effect immediately upon payment. The price difference is calculated based on the remaining days on your current plan and the price difference with the new plan.

• Will my existing surveys be affected?

Your surveys will not be affected in any way by this pricing update. You can continue using your existing surveys and keep distributing them and collecting responses as usual — there's no need to worry.

• How do I cancel my subscription?

After subscribing to a paid SurveyCake plan, you can cancel anytime. Log in to your SurveyCake account and go to the Subscription Plan page to cancel. For detailed steps, please refer to Support Center - Cancel Subscription.
